Third Party Contact.

Williams & Fudge will use several methods to help you resolve your debt. If we ever have an issues contacting you directly we will reach out to third parties.

If we ever reach out to a third party, it is in the interest of helping you resolve your student loan debt.

What is third party contact?
Occasionally, if our agents have trouble contacting you directly, Williams & Fudge will reach out to third parties. We will only ever discuss your debt with:

  • You
  • Your spouse (if permitted by state law)
  • Parents of a minor child
  • A legal guardian
  • Your attorney

If we contact any other third parties, it will be for the purpose of obtaining location or contact information we might not have, including your home address, phone number and place of employment. We value your privacy, so we will never discuss your debt with these third parties unless you have given us express permission to do so.
