If we ever reach out to a third party, it is in the interest of helping you resolve your student loan debt.

Occasionally, if our agents have trouble contacting you directly, Williams & Fudge will reach out to third parties. We will only ever discuss your debt with:

- Your attorney
If we contact any other third parties, it will be for the purpose of obtaining location or contact information we might not have, including your home address, phone number and place of employment.
